Jonathan Gary is an accomplished entrepreneur and business strategist with a diverse background in launching, scaling, and successfully exiting ventures across multiple industries. With over 15 years of executive leadership experience, Jonathan has founded and led companies in wellness, retail, real estate, and behavioral healthcare—each reflecting his ability to identify market gaps, execute high-growth strategies, and drive sustainable success.

 He is best known for founding and growing Earth Florida, the largest CBD dispensary operation in the State of Florida, which became a statewide leader in both consumer education and cannabis retail. Jonathan successfully exited Earth Florida after positioning it as a market leader during a critical time in the CBD industry’s evolution. His work helped shape early compliance standards and public acceptance in the state.

 Jonathan also served as CEO of I-Kare Treatment Center, an outpatient substance abuse treatment facility, where he implemented operational systems, improved care delivery, and developed community partnerships to support long-term recovery. He later transitioned this business through a strategic shift and exit to focus on scaling other ventures.

 He co-founded Vulture Investment Firm, a real estate investment group focused on distressed properties and asset recovery, and has launched educational platforms like JGBold.com, helping individuals learn how to trade in the stock, forex, and crypto markets.
